My holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time. Whatever your goal is, I will support and educate you throughout your fitness journey.
I’ve been pretty sporty the majority of my life. Anything fitness related has never come naturally to me at all, and I’ve had to work hard to get where I am today (so for those of you who struggle to get into a rhythm, understand form/technique in a gym I GET YOU!). I started off as a long-distance runner, then I rowed for U18s Avon County team in Bath. I’ve always loved being in a gym environment, but I very much started off purely in the cardio section. I didn’t have an interest in gaining muscle and I found the weights section super intimidating at the time. It was when I started pole fitness and gained an absolute passion for that which initially got me into weight training. It got to a point with pole where my upper body had to get a lot stronger in order to improve. I started teaching myself some weight training basics and from making just these changes to my training and seeing the results, I found myself loving the weights room sooo much more than the cardio section. Not only was it changing me physically, but mentally for the better too and that’s exactly what I want to pass onto my fellow and future clients.
I’m super passionate about what I do and driven by seeing my clients make insane results and flourishing with all their new found body confidence.
